MONTHLY MARKET RESEARCH

This monthly market update provides insights into townhouse/condo as well as single-family home price trends over the past 24 months across five East Valley cities: Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Scottsdale, and Tempe.

Recognizing that real estate is a long-term investment, we’ve also included data from the past 10 years to offer a broader perspective on how the market has evolved over time.

(The data used for this monthly market research is derived primarily from ARMLS (Arizona Regional Listing Service).  We are very grateful for its supportive and dedicated Information Market staff.)

Our analysis covers all closed transactions involving single-family homes and townhouses/condos — across all sizes, price points, and transaction types (including normal sales, flips, and distressed sales).

The charts and graphs are essentially separated into the monthly and yearly groups, and each group includes the townhouse/condo and single-family home.  The yearly group (of charts and graphs) will be updated at the end of the year.  The monthly group will be updated … monthly.

We may include other charts and graphs in the future and you are invited to check back.

The charts and graphs provided are for illustrative purposes only. As individual buyer, seller, or investor has unique preferences, we recommend consulting with a local real estate advisor, CPA, or attorney before making any buying, selling, or investment decisions.
