Since real estate investment is for long term, we also include data since 2001 to help give you a better perspective of how the real estate landscape has changed over years.
The data is focused exclusively on closed transactions of single family houses between 1,500sf-2,500sf and at least 3BR/2BA (no condos or townhouses). All distressed sales such as short-sale or foreclosures were excluded.
